Sport NZ (formally SPARC) - Volunteers Legacies research

Twelve months following the completion of the Rugby World Cup, the final phase of data collection for Geoff Dickson's study of Rugby World Cup volunteers was complete.  The study was a longitudinal study of event volunteers.  Key variables in the study included expectations, motivations, satisfaction and behavioural intentions towards sport participation and volunteerism, and perceived employability.  The final report was submitted to Sport New Zealand in December.
