NZTRI conducted a web-based Audience Survey at the 2008 ERUPT Lake Taupo Festival. This biennial festival of the arts ran from 8-18 May 2008 in Taupo. The survey was designed to provide a clearer picture of festival audience including demographics and psychographics, satisfaction with the festival, sponsor recognition and level of expenditure in the local area. The project was completed in July 2008.
